At MASEVEN, we place great importance on sustainability. We not only offer our guests a pleasant stay, but are also actively committed to a better future. With our unpacked breakfast buffet and the reduction of cleaning agents, we help to avoid waste and protect the environment. We have also installed electric car charging stations to promote electric mobility.
Our goal is to offer our guests a comfortable stay while promoting awareness of sustainability. We work closely with regional partners to provide an unforgettable experience that protects the environment.
We have established a paperless way of working. All processes, from check-in to shopping in the supermarket, booking the laundromat, or calling up the menu in the restaurant, are digitized and accessible via an app. Even your guest folder is digitally accessible via a QR code. This not only saves paper, but also makes all processes fast and practical.
Whether you prefer to cook for yourself or have meals delivered, we use top-quality organic ingredients in both our restaurant and our 24/7 supermarket. We always prioritize regional and seasonal produce, thereby supporting our local community.
E-mobility still poses challenges for many travelers. This makes it all the more important for hotels to recognize the need for charging stations and offer this option to their guests. MASEVEN therefore provides charging stations in all its hotels.
Natural Heritage
Stuttgart’s natural heritage includes the city’s landscapes, parks, and diverse wildlife that are protected and preserved for future generations. Parks, vineyards, and green spaces shape the city’s image — such as Rosenstein Park, Schlossgarten, Killesberg Park, the Wilhelma Zoo and Botanical Garden, and the vineyards along the Neckar River. They provide vital habitats for animals and plants while greatly enhancing the city’s quality of life.
Enjoying nature responsibly:
Anyone exploring Stuttgart’s natural areas should treat them with care — leave no litter, protect plants and animals, and keep noise to a minimum. Choosing eco-friendly transportation such as public transit, cycling, or walking, and showing respect for the city’s clean and orderly character are all part of sustainable city life.
Cultural Heritage & Regional Events
Stuttgart’s cultural heritage is reflected in its rich history, art, and traditions. Highlights include the Old and New Palaces, the Collegiate Church, the Chapel on the Württemberg Hill, the State Gallery, and the State Theaters. Museums such as the Mercedes-Benz and Porsche Museums showcase the city’s industrial past, while events like the Cannstatter Volksfest, the Stuttgart Wine Village, and the Christmas Market keep long-standing traditions alive.
Experiencing culture with awareness:
At the SI-Centrum — home to musicals and entertainment — visitors are encouraged to dress neatly, be considerate of others, and show respect, especially in the SchwabenQuellen spa and during theater performances. Openness to local customs and friendliness at regional festivals reflect genuine appreciation for Swabian culture.
